The room was spacious and clean, enhancing comfort.

Our stay was marred by constant noise from nearby nightlife. The lack of an elevator made lugging our bags up several flights of stairs frustrating. Additionally, we were disappointed by the missing amenities like tea or coffee, which were expected at this price point.

disorganized check-in

the check-in was a bit disorganized. but the location is really great, and having multiple sets of keys made things easier for us. the beds were comfy enough, and the staff helped us with printing documents at checkout.

Some parts shine, others fall flat

Incredible views from the top floor, the terrace was a perfect evening retreat with views and sounds of the city below.

No elevator access to the apartment required lugging bags up many stairs and nightlife noise was troublesome on weekends.

It was just a reliable pick for a flash stay in Cologne with best value for money ratio. The beds were comfy enough, which helped us catch some sleep before our next adventure. Make sure to ask for the floor the room is on to avoid unexpected stairs.

The Superior Studio was spacious and comfy, which was a huge plus, especially with the quiet street vibe. The decor is pretty basic though, and the small TV felt lost in such a big room. Still, being close to the festival area made our stay fun!

I loved my stay at altstadthotel hayk am rhein! It was a perfect location for our family of five, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was spacious and the soundproofing was excellent, which was a huge bonus.

the shower head wasn't attached to the wall.
